MG collaborates with LightForge Academy as a regular trainer. She is also part of the pool of mentors of ScreenSkills and has run various other courses for the BBC, Bectu, Entertainment Partners, Film London, SetKeeper, Some Fine Day Pix, TPH Global (Eclipse).
Training covers both hard (technical/production/accounting) and soft (managerial) skills. These courses and masterclasses run from 1hr to full days depending on the subject.
Since March 2020, MG has been delivering training online and face-to-face, to have a healthy combination of outlets available for crew all around the UK.
